Marshals are the backbone to any motorsport event . They are hard working ; full of commitment ; enthusiasm and good humor, especially as they often endure four seasons in one day.

Here is a short video produced by the MSA for marshals in  UK/Scotland. While the colour of the bibs/tabards may be different in Ireland ( Yellow-Marshal / Blue-Sector Marshal) the calibre of those involved is the same.
